Newbie Unable to get feeds no matter what i try

Hi,

I'am a newbie to the vu+ duo. I have got it up and running and can watch tv etc not a problem but I cant get the feeds to work.
Its always saying feeds down for maintenance.
When I try to do opkg update it comes back with this:
