vu solo pro tune failed

I am a complete novice with this sort of thing but I am hoping someone can help I have the vu solo pro and it was working perfectly
but unfortunately one of the wires at the back of the box fell out and when I try to access any of the channels it comes up with tune failed can anyone help I am not technical in the slightest but hopefully I will be able to get it up running.
