Hi there i was just after some help, i had my new box come yesterday and it as reset itself after pressing buttons on the remote, it crashed 4 times yesterday and i installed software updates, which improved it and to think it was cured it as crashed again today, not sure if its software related or maybe hardware? Here is the error report log file if needed

Why the constant down button presses in your log?

Please provide a step by step how to replicate this.

Hi mate im not entirely sure what you mean, about which epg sources im using and if its populated properly?, it all started off when i pressed the media button and i pressed the red button aswell at the bottom to try and exit, and error log appeared for a few seconds then rebooted itself, as im still getting used to the remote and the box i thought the red button at the bottom with the little red line across was exit, before i installed software updates it was blank, now there are updates installed it appears as the delete button, so i may of deleted something in my hdd

Why the constant down button presses in your log?

Please provide a step by step how to replicate this.

Hi mate thanks for your reply, and im not sure why there is that many down clicks aswell :S when i didn't keep pressing the down button, could there be a bug or something on my system?

I'd re-flash the receiver and setup fresh. Its not hardware, something in your setup.

How do i do that? I've never flashed anything before? Is it easy enough to do? I think if it crashes again i will re flash it, i have changed the skin to a different one so hopefully i have cured the bug or whatever it was
