Mutant Remote

Hi looking at these, the remote is rechargeable do they use ie AAA rechargebles? Can they be removed and dry cells used if the remote battery is flat?

No it has a special battery inside, use a micro USB lead to charge it. I've never charged mine, had it for months.

Thanks good to know as some (cordless phones) just use rechargeable AAA batteries.
