Hello
I'm currently using a Vu Duo with ViX and everything is work fine apart from the channels glitching every couple of minutes. I have tried different cams, different lines, different images and different boxes but i'm still getting the glitching which make me believe it's something to do with our internet. I currently have Fiber Optic broadband and I have spoke to my ISP and they have been out and said the line is fine so I am very confused but anyway I was hoping there maybe something I can do to reduce the glitching? maybe a script etc
I'm not to bothered about the glitching when watching a channel but when I record a channel and try to play it when the glitching appears in the recording it freezes the picture but the sound carries on and then I have to rewind it and then the picture with start playing again.
Does anyone have any ideas?
