SNP picons wont display on LCD

Hi having trouble getting picons on the LCD, im trying to get MK 400x240 UK (SNP) 2015_03_31 to work , i have installed them on a usb an set the correct path in LCD4linux /media/hdd/picon/ saved and restarted the box

have i missed anything.

any help will be appreciated.

is your usb called HDD or USB ? Right pad should normally be media/usb/picon

You cannot display SNP on the duo2 LCD screen.
LCD4linux doesn't support it.

MK has done the picons in both formats n if you have them all in one folder the LCD on the Duo2 would pick up the reference versions so should display ok.

I Haven't Got A Duo2, I've Got The Quad+, But I Install The OE-A_LCDskin_5 From 'Display' In The Plugins... Set The LCD Skin In Front Panel Display(Settings), And It Works With Both SNP And Ref Picons...

thanks every one , managed to get it working ,but only on the virgin side . is there any easy way to change snr picons to ref picons. so i can use MK's updated picon pack?

If You Use My Method, Most Satellite Snp Picons Will Already Work... What I Do Is Download A 28.2 Picon Set And MK's... Extract, And Copy MK's Into The 28.2 Sat List And Replace Any Conflicts With MK's... Almost All Channels Have An Icon This Way... (Shout Out To MK, Class Set Of Picons)

probably because he considers every word to be important, but didn't want to shout. Luckily i don't mind shouting.
