Hi guys. Ive been trying to flash my box to 160 (latest firmware) from 138 but it's not doing it. I load the fat32 formatted usb with the gigablue folder for update of the seplus but it just boots up to the previous firmware. Is there anything I'm missing?

Blue button -> ViX -> Image Manager -> Yellow button, to download current released builds.
Exit out of menu.
Blue button -> ViX -> Image Manager, and select the image you want to flash.

But I was under the impression from build 155 onwards you needed a fresh flash?

Yes, above method does it in the most simple way.

Once you are on 155 or higher, you can perform an online update.

What Judge says to do in post #2 is a fresh flash same as flashing from usb stick. It is just an easier way to flash.

It may be obvious but are you pressing the OK button on the front panel after inserting the USB stick as you switch on at the back? also make sure no other usb ports have anything inserted and there arent any other files on the stick....

isnt OK pressed when the display shows CONF? In my case the front display just loads to a 100 and then boots to the previous firmware.
