Does anyone know of any software that can turn any stick in to an encrypted memory stick? I've tried truecrypt, which seems to work fine, but wanted to ideally be able to create a cd partition on the drive which loads the software to un-encrypt it. Maybe someone on here knows?

Found some software a while back that claims to work, but only works with certain memory sticks. Sorry, can't remember what it was. But if I could do this would be great. Wanna get this 16gb encrypted, as use it day to do, but would save having to carry around second encrypted stick for work sensitive stuff...

Cheers for the links. Will give that a go tomorrow. From looking, it's not exactly what I'm after, but will see what it looks like once I installed it, as only going from the single screenshot it has :p

Currently running from my mac atm, so can't try the software anyway :p But will primarily be needing it for windows pcs :p

Truecrypt does run in portable mode.
http://www.truecrypt.org/docs/?s=truecrypt-portable

Is that what you were asking, it was'nt too clear..

Another good thing about truecrypt is you can have 2 different passwords to different areas of your usbkey. So if someone holds a gun to your head asking you to type your password. You can type the 1st password to get to the fake sensitve info lol
