Dead Duo?

hey, is my duo completely dead?

When I power up all I get is the red standby button on the front. I'ce tried reflashing with a usb, but the usb isnt be read?

any help much appreciated :)

also if your not any good with an iron any confident tv / satellite repair shop should be able to do the work at a cost but shop around
