Solo2 recording

Hi all my solo2 is 1 week old i am a new to sat boxes so i am feeling my way
my box has a 500gb hd can i record 24hrs a head if so how and can i series link
a program like on sky .

If vix in EPG press blue button and select parameters. Me I take everything off. Bar 1 and last on first screen.
