New vu+solo2

Hi all just installed my first sat box solo2 with 500hd and vix one problem i have
a full screen with one program and a small screen picture top left hand corner different program
dont know how i did it any ideas on how to remove it.

On the main screen press blue button twice to deactivate picture in picture

Yes, we are told it is a VU problem, although it was ok back on apollo 024.
