Has there been any update to the list of VIX HD supported boxes?
I can only see this list from October 2014.


Machines with the 1080 framebuffer supported so far are:-

Xtrend 8000
Xtrend 10000
Gigablue 800 SE PLUS
Gigablue 800 UE PLUS
Gigablue QUAD
Gigablue QUAD PLUS
Mut@nt HD2400
Vu+ Solo SE
Vu+ Solo2
Vu+ Duo2
Vu+ Duo
Vu+ Uno
Vu+ Solo
Vu+ Ultimo

The full HD frame buffer capability are now contained in the regular image, so no "HD" images any more. If a box supports it, "1080p" will be listed in first install wizard.

Yes I know that the image is now unified.
But not all boxes are capable of HD buffer as far as I understood.
So my question is what boxes are capable in this respect?

By going into plugins, if you have a 1080 Skins option your box is supported.

Thanks Andy. My box is the same as yours and supported. I don't want to have to buy an additional box to find out if the HD framebuffer works do I?
What about other boxes that others reading this thread might want to consider?
Again I ask.. is the supported list of boxes still the same or have more been added to this list?
Am I asking something contentious or difficult that perhaps you would all prefer to keep to yourselves?;)
