Hi

I just this evening after having problems with EPG being blank, decided to flash the duo with the new latest image (which I have done many times before) http://www.world-of-satellite.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=41155&stc=1 and now when trying to setup and scan using the ABM the duo box crashes and the log file is attached

41151

My providers are:
http://www.world-of-satellite.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=41152&stc=1

I added the freesat UK on the 2nd attempt just to get some channels on the screen to watch, but have now removed freesat from the options

When scanning it sits at reading Sky UK showing 0 Channels and then black crash screen.

The feeds were working an hour ago and screenshots of satfinder of tuners are:

ANY HELP is really appreciated!!

Wife is going to go mad soon, lol.

Thanks

Check signal on:
28E, DVB-S, 11778 V 27500 2/3

Also you need to post the crash/debug log.

You've posted two pictures of satfinder. The frequency of the transponder ABM downloads Sky data is the one you need to check.

crash log was posted inline in the original post above

Check sat finder with these settings please. The values were posted above if they are difficult to read from screenshot.

Cross EPG and ABM (Sky UK) downloads data from this transponder.

Go in to tuner config and set tuner B to not configured and try another run. Just one Sky provider.

And post the log. Not included in first post.

ABM uses the last free tuner usually. After you have tested what Huevos has asked, please repeat signal check on that transponder for tuner B.

That worked. have all the channels now, though haven't tried to populate the EPG yet...

Why would it work when tuner B was set to not configured?

Thanks

Looking at the log I'd suggest you reflash.

It was only flashed with the new build this evening. Why need a refresh again?

Have it up and running now btw :) :)

Thanks

Well if it is working now on both tuners all well and good.
