Can the Vu+ Zero support the same range of USB DVB-T tuners as a Vu+ Duo?

No reason for it not to, it only really depends on the drivers for the devices them selves.

I installed the latest version of openvix vu + zero.
The DVB-T signal to me from some problems that stutters constantly so the audio.
How can I solve the problem?

The DVB-T is a LINQ Li-U869 with driver IT913x
