Tuner B failing?

Hello, tuner B on my VU+ Duo seems to be broken. I have swapped the cables around to check it wasn't a problem with the LNB. I assuming this is a hardware fault rather than a software issue? Is it possible to get spare parts and replace the tuner in the Duo?

Have you disabled tuner A n just tried a cable in tuner B? Try both cables in Tuner B when you disable Tuner A just to be sure.
