vu+duo2 cable tuner config help

hi guys - i got my brand new shiney vu+duo2 today , i have 2 cable tuners installed...iv connected my cable feed to the cable tuner A...i have the latest 2.1.5 blackhole image...i have ftp to etc/tuxbox the cable.xml files that i have...i have configured the cable tuner to do an automatic scan on my cable provider virgin media 6952....when i start the automatic scan...i get nothing being picked up...i also get the message on the duo2 screen which says "SERVICE SCAN and undeneath it NO SERVICE"...i know the cable and signal are fine because i have an ultimo with a cable tuner thats working fine and i have used the same method on the duo2 as i have on the ultimo..any ideas or help please....just treying at first to get the FTA channels...

just a thought read somehwhere that you cannot have two cable tuners inthe vu+duo2 as it wont work?..is that true...?

Do you have the correct netid of VM? (e.g. 409xx, 410xx, 4275x, 000xx)
Also scan using sym.rate 6887000 and 6952000.

Or use ABM (AutoBouquetsMaker). When using ABM also connect tuner B.

yes all settings correct..looks like tuners start to pick up channels after around 38% of scan..found over 600 channels..ive installed mgcamd 1.38c, added my details in the newcamd.list....wait a few minutes , channel clears then goes off and stays off...do i need anything to edit in the mgcamd1.38c files...as i just get black screens on all channels lol.
