Tuner loop through?loop

Hi

I am not fully understanding the loop function of this box or any box that has loop.
I am under the impression that loop through is when you send the signal to another receiver..
Is this correct?

yes loopthrough or loopout as its also called allows you to pass the signal from one receiver / tuner to another but it does come with limitations especially if you are looping the signal from one receiver to another.

So with the mut@nt for example, if i want to send the cable signal to another receiver. I first have to make sure that the cable tuner is set up to receive signal. Then i run a cable from the RF out port in a RF in port of a another receiver? And that receiver would be able to display the signal?
Is that correct?
