Playback/record problems

hi
i have a vu+solo2 with openvix image Image,
when i record i cant find the recording on my HDD,
green button tells me its recording,
PVR button on remote control just gives me a blue screen.

not sure where am going wrong any help would be appreciated

You have a button next to your menu button, has a letter 'R' n lines in it, this is the media button where the recordings are stored.

As Andy above says there is a file list button directly to the right of the menu button, press this to access your recordings.

Well that's probably your problem if you use a none standard remote some functions will not be available that are on the original remote

god dam it, it come with the box, box was advertised as legit it better not be a clone:mad: need to have a good look at it when i get home

Can't say I have ever seen that remote before and I have every Vu+ remote produced barring the new universal Vu+ remote. Certainly seems fishy to me.

It's a sunray remote, only sold with their branded clones, so unfortunately your receiver is a clone.
