HDM I- CEC Swithching tv

hi all does htmi - cec work on the duo2 upgraded for a duo where it used to work. what i'm finding is that the duo2 will start up, the tv will turn on BUT it will not switch to the tv hdmi input although when I check out the hdmi output on tv this is called vuduo2 so the tv is seeing the duo2 and yes I have got it set to switch.
Any help would be welcome

What make of tv do you have?

Its a Toshiba 37" not sure to model about 5 years old but it swiches with my panasonic hard drive recorder.
