New remote control

Hi

i just received the new style VU+ remote control today, but it is not working straight out of the box. Is there something that I need to do to get it working on my Duo?

you probably need to set the remote code to mode 1.

Mode 1 : SOLO / DUO
Mode 2 : UNO / Ultimo / SOLO2 / DUO2

Press <<2 + 7>>, <HELP>, <0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004>

Thanks, was trying the key above presses, but wasn't pressing the <HELP> key.
