Metrixhd skin issue

Have reflashed 142 for xbmc, everything working great apart from the metrixhd skin which i use, it installs the default skin parts and all, but i can change anything only the colours, unable to add or remove any skin parts, have uninstall and tried, have removed the skin by ftp and restarted the box so it switches back to the default skin and reinstalled metrixhd but still the same problem any help.

BTW using the default metrixhd skin not 1080p or original or any other.
