Files needed please

Hi my laptop has lost its hard drive please could someone remind me what tools are needed to access and transfers files to my miracle box premium hd twin. Thanks in advance also is there any plug in that acts like a vpn or surfing tunnel etc cheers again

Any FTP client will allow you to login to your receiver and transfer files two or from it, I use a paid for version of FlashFXP, the free version of filezilla works just as well though.
