Usb media playback issue

I am having intermittent issues when playing back movie media files(mp4/mkv) originally copied onto usb pendrive from my desktop.
Files are initially recognised and play fine on receiver but strangely if I then remove pen drive and copy/delete more files from desktop to usb pendribe I then get " files not displayable on this medium" error when I plug back pendrive into nano-se, but files are still recognised and play fine on my desktop.
I have updated to new 142 vix image and still having same issue, anyone else having problem or is it a Technomate driver issue?

Ok, for those of you that are interested, I think that I may have solved issue.
By pressing media button on remote control after getting "files not displayable on this medium" error it takes me into media/usb root of pendrive and can access files from there:)
