High ecms when using ddns.net and not when using ip address

Hi, My Vu+Duo (which is my 2nd box) stops clearing premuim Channels every minute or so for about 10 seconds, however the local card is in my first box Ultimo, my peers do not have a problem with freezing. I have tried six clean images and it is the same each time, Using Cccam .214, tried 2.2.3, 2.1.3.
update, when the duo is using ddns it has hig ecm's, when using the direct ip address the ecms cecome stablee and are ok, anyone know why?

Notice the ecm;s 5001, 3546, that is the obvious freezing points.

Anyone know why please.
