I have this installed but can't download the channels

I have done all the config,Myplex etc:Username,password just can't get it to download..Anyone had any success with this software..Thanks.

??? Not sure what your going on about, either you preload these onto your own plex or you view these if available on someone else's ie a subscription etc..
