Hi, vu box is scanning and finds the channels but all channels are blank, confused and novice. Any help would be great ..

By all channels do you mean the pay TV channels or all of them including the free to air channels too ?.

Sorry, I can view the free channels but not the sky channels.

Yes. I have a subscription for the channels. I had my broadband upgraded to fibre and cant access the pay channels even though the box is connected to the internet.
