Rytec's data is downloaded via the internet so there could be multiple reasons for it not to download.
Mine not been working for a few days now

We would need to know more info such as how your EPG is setup.

From which menu are you downloading? If it is the one where the opentv providers are listed, the one highlighted is the one it downloads. If you exit out of that menu, it downloads the ones selected.
Have you double checked storage device for EPG is mounted correctly?
Are tuners configured properly?
Are you sure that there is no issue with reception?
Changed my provider from openTV to XEPGDB and epg has dowloaded so must be a problem with openTV
I have a problem with OpenTV on 28.2E.
I have a Vu-Solo2 dual tuner.
Tuner A - no signal - no EPG
Tuner B - good signal - EPG ok
Can I somehow in the settings set to CrossEPG always used only tuner B for OpenTV ?

You should really fix the signal issue. If you cannot do it straight away, set the tuner as loop through to tuner B/disable it.
