updated box now the remote wont work, tried changing batteries still doesnt work.

what else can i do apart from by a new one as i am not made of freaking money

Hello :wave: I had the same problem when i received my New Quad plus last week its a universal remote so you have to press the GIGA Button to get it to work :)

No problem I was tearing my hair out as well and I also tried about 6 new Batteries :D

Check the remote by pointing it in to the camera on your smart phone you should see it flash then you know it's not the remote

You say 'the remote doesn't work', but I presume the RC is OK and the box doesn't react to the RC? Something quite different.....
