If use Utorrent etc, anyway you can stop your IP address being shown to the downloader?

You can either use a vpn (so the IP shown to the downloader will be that of the VPN server you are using), or rent a VPS/seedbox.
Neither are foolproof however if you are up to no good ;) The VPN provider and/or VPS provider both will have a record of your original IP address, it all depends on how easily they would give it up if requested (and/or any logs they keep)
