Rename BM750

:rolleyes: I forgot how the change the name 'BM750'
I remember before I renamed a file in FTP but can't remember the location :)
Does anyone know the location?

Hi Mate

Go into vu+ and select /etc/hostname and edit to what you wish to name it then save then reboot your box

Sorry for butting in, but good idea that, i want to change mine also but i can not find Hostname after ETC.


EDIT found it, i was looking for folder not a file in the ETC folder

Changed it but in vu still showing as bm750, no not soccer related and it's football here lol not soccer.

Might be to do with the space in the name?! try vuduo...

Just got time to play today, think it iwas space issue, but i changed it numerous times and it still show'd bm750, then i pressed RESCAN and it shows now.
