speakers cracking sound when changing channel

Hi I'm having this loud cracking sound often when I change channels, at first I thought my TV speakers were nackered but its doing same when I connected new speakers and amp is there anything I can do to change this

Hi try changing settings in audio..play around with the output via hdmi like 3d sound/wide etc see if it helps or changes things..failing that try turning box volume to 100% and having speaker output volume lower.
