Cross EPG error

I get this message when trying to download Cross EPG. Can someone explain what it means please? 3976739768

That error means that a tuner is not configured fro teh EPG download.

How did you execute the scan? If you clicked download while Ausat was highlighted, it would have tried to download that. It would then tell you you do not have the tuner configured.

If you save and then exit that screen, then download, it downloads the ones that have a tick.

I didn't realise that I was trying to download the one that was highlighted. I wrongly thought I was trying to download the one that was ticked.
