Which image?
When you bring up your channel lists & press menu, do you have the option of 'add to bouquet'? If so use that.
Or you can use an app on your PC, search the forums for DreamBoxEdit.

It might Help if you told us what Image you are using is it OpenVix as my Crystal Ball is not showing anything at the moment

press the TV Button and you will get a list - chose the one that you want to save (ie sports) press OK then move to the channel that you want to save say ESPN then press the Menu button and it will give you the option ADD SERVICE TO BOUQUET press ok and then choose the Favorites (TV) and press OK it should now be in your Favorite folder

Just got solo 2 this week , feel like headless chicken .
not to sure what I'm using, where do i check. think its the openvix
