I noticed you can now have regional channels at the beginning of a hd bouquet are there any plans to have this an option no matter what bouquet style you have?

You can have almost any channel in most of the bouquets using the custom sort file. It has been like this since August 2013. The first bouquet is not one of those.

Really??? It was only this year we was talking about that and every time you update the bouquet it clears the regional channels set on 1,2,3 for example.

To be honest, I dont know for certain what you mean to say by regional channels at the beginning of HD bouquet. Perhaps a version date of plugin , screenshot of settings page, screenshot of cahnel listing may explain better. Are you referring to sorting by HD first?

As you can see regional channels are 1 to 5 is what we was talking about a while ago but was not possible, but now seems like it is ONLY IF you select HD bouquet first, is there no way of making this an option for all bouquet sorts?

Can you think of a differnt way to phrase "you cannot custom sort the first bouquet". Custom channel swap is still possible.

Guessing by your screenshot, "custom channel swap" is off

Sorry are you replying to me? Im not really understanding what you mean, any way if you are yes custom swap is on and im not trying to custom sort the first bouquet this was just an example.

Basically im trying to get regional channels like this.

Thanks Abu, I have tried that but unfortunately this looks as if it is for cable boxes, What i want to do is use a sat tuner but vm lineup.

You can re-order the lineup in almost every bouquet apart from the first one if you use custom sort. The entetainment bouquet is not the first one.

It might be an idea for you to start your own thread so that there are no interruptions.

Ok i have started to create a custom swap file for vm and i will upload it here when done for people to use if they want.

I thought it was swap file that needed adjusting. So for instance you swap?

I have edited the sort file then run a rescan choosing sort2 but nothing changed, am I doing something wrong?

I'm working on sort_2, am i correct in thinking this will not change the main bouquet?

You should be using custom sort_3.

The large 1st bouquet and section markers within it will not be affected.

Obviously it not been explained clear enough then!
Ive made my own anyway so no need to swap or sort only problem is when there are channel updates.

Yes when you have your own bouquet and channels update you have to fix it manually, thats why i tried to use e2 plugin to create a bouquet so it will also update channels when needed.

You'd be better off combining ABM 28.2 and ABM for your needs.

Use ABM to organise your main bouquet using customLCN. Only create the main bouquet, no sections.
AB 28.2 to organise the contents of "not-main" bouquets.
