View Full Version : [GI-XPEED LX3] Boot loop on LX3 with all images above 100
Can any one shed some light "have seen another post with same problem" If I install image 100 onto a LX3 no problem if I then try and upgrade using the firmware menu with anything above 100 the system goes into a loop after hitting approx 49 %. If I try a complete image install from USB with v106 or 107 same problem. So I have to restore image v100 and all works. Can anyone help me resolve this problem.

There is a fault with the drivers. Stay on 100 for now.
Thanks mate I was getting tired of constantly having to rebuild to v 100

Image backups works wonders.
107 is still no go?
Thereīs download for it in openvix.co.uk
edit: Change logs says nothing about the new drivers, so itīs no go i presume.. :)
New drivers due very soon. Once commited to GITHUB I'll run an image build straight way.

When kid, these were the days when waiting santa claus to visit and now a days waiting some frigging STB drivers exactly equal impatiently :D
I've just emailed all the people I can to push for the release of these before Xmas.
Fixed drivers have just been released, build 109 running now. Should be uploaded this afternoon all going well.

Couch flashed to 109 last night, all working well. Turned box off last night and back on today just now and I have the same problem as I did on build 100 onwards. Box boots up. Looks normal but then no picture and GUI is all messed up. I will post pictures when I get on the laptop and see if anyone knows why this is happening.

One of our beta testers has tested and reported all working fine with online update and fresh flash. Perheps do a fresh flash and setup with no backup restore.
