Just a quick question, is it possible to watch one channel whilst recording another as the timer seems to take over when it starts.

yes you can, do both your tuner cards have a feed each from the dish / lnb ?.

Isn't the TM-Nano a single tuner box?

Yes it is, I was thinking of the Nano2 super, sorry.

@nick46 sorry but you are very limited in what you can watch and record due to the receiver only having a single tuner card, nothing you can really do about that.

OK, the manual said it it had 2 tuners so that was why I was querying it. Thanks for your input anyway. Cheers Guys

Can you confirm the box you have so?

OK, have checked box again and it definitely has: TM-NANO-OE printed on it, as has the user manual.

Sorry, forgot to add, the reference to two tuners is on page 27 of my manual. Subject No 14.0

It's very likely just a generic manual and not machine specific, but the Nano OE is a single tuner receiver.

OK thanks for the info anyway, guess I was badly advised.

Are you 100 percent sure it is a TM-Nano-OE as there are at least three receivers I can think of, off the top of my head by Technomate with the name Nano in it's name.

also look at the rear of the receiver and see how many tuners it has if you are unsure.

Hope these help identify your receiver.
