Tuner B not working

Hi, i have a Vu+ duo with VIX 1.2 recently my second tuner is not working. So cannot record a 2nd channel, seems to show both tuners in info.

Any ideas?

Is tuner b motorised or static? Have you tried a reboot?

its static and yes done reboot. IT used to show Tuner A active and B greyed out on each channel when you see channel info, now only Tuner A is shown in blacjk

Go to service searching check both tuners are set up the same then turn of at the back and leave of for a few seconds, i know it sounds obvious but check the wire in the back are tight turn it back on and see what happens.

try and record something and change channels, if it doesnt work try backing up your settings and re-flashing

Can you see the dish?
I suppose you have checked the obvious like no snow covering the LNB or something like that? Or damged cables?
