missing channels

for some reason i am unable to clear channels on 25.5e and 26.0e. i have a motorised system 80cm dish and solo2 reciever. some channels some up in my tv listing but none will actually come on at all the message i get is 'tuner failed' and the SNR is 0% as is AGC 0%


Any ideas? i know there are tuner into the tuner configuration and LNB

25.5e is way too far out to get signal. 26e you'd need a 1m dish and even then a lot of channels will be very low strength.
