I have a twin pack of homeplugs (well, 3 twin packs actually, 1 unboxed). If you'd be interested, I can check out what value they are. 1 is an 85mbps msi homeplugs, and the other 2 twin packs are devolo 200mbps...

MSI (sorry for link to retailer, but can't find any links on manufacturers site at all):

@ pooface and @Donnie

considering i spent so much already i prob cant return them i'm hoping not to spend too much so if the price is reasonable then i'll take them. if the price is reasonable then i may have them both as i can make use of them.

Well, looking around, the msi ones are available for for £40 delivered on ebay, and £50 on amazon. Since these are used, but in perfect condition, I'll offer them for £35 delivered. Obviously will just need to check that they're working again. The devolo ones are much more expensive though, at almost double the cost from what I've seen...

Would RM Recorded be ok as a delivery option then? As special will cost too much :p

Or, if you wanna wait until Sic replies back, then I'll wait until then?

if you dont mind waiting then lets see what sic says.

The option of having wireless with out needing a power socket is more apealing

if not RM is fine

Just to confirm that I've tested them and worked fine here. Comes with a manual and cd, but don't think you will ever need to use them, as I just plugged them in to the power sockets here and they went away working fine. Never used the cd when I tried... I think the cd might just have the security software stuff to "encrypt" them so others can't use your network from the power lines...

lo, glad they're working fine...

As for the bin liner, that's a school speciality. Tried making sure I picked a fresh one that hadn't had any sick in it ;) Hopefully it wasn't a used one that someone put back after washing out :roflmao:

Glad works well
