Vu+duo problems

Had my box about 2 month now and it's been working fine and suddenly the past few days the sky channels haven't been showing and it's basically just a freeview box any ideas what could have gone wrong

What softcam are you using, and where is your card?

MGcamd 1.35a as for the card I'm not sure I didn't actually set it up and am a bit of a novice with all this

Have a look under the flap on the front of the Duo. If there's nothing there, then you're probably using a card server, and that's not supported here.

We cannot help unless you have a card in your receivers and subscribe to the provider whose channels you want to watch.

Ring Sky.Make sure you pair your card to an SD SKY receiver though.
