I have spent the past few days trying to get a network mount setup from my Vix VU+ Duo to access the video shared folder on my old Humax PVR.
Now, the VU+ can see my windows server and set up a CIFS mount to access the files on it.
My PC can see the Humax shares and files on it.
My PC can see the VU+ DUO file share and access them.
The only box that can't access the Humax shares is the VU+ DUO, the network browser can see the Humax and lists the available shares, but it just refuses to connect to them using either an NFS or CIFS share setup.
Humax is running with Custom Firmware with the SAMBA add on installed and obviously working because I have access to it via windows.
Any ideas on helping fix this one would be most gratefully received.
