Crossepg error: cannot get the Nim

I've just upgraded to Vix Appolo 90 and I have started to get an error stating that: Crossepg error: Cannot get the nim?
Any help would be appreciated

NIM is tuner.

Can you describe what you have connect to tuner A. What is on the other side of the cable connected to tuner A
Can you post a picture of thd tuner config for tuner A.

Can you describe what you have connect to tuner B. What is on the other side of the cable connected to tuner B
Can you post a picture of thd tuner config for tuner B.

Can you describe all the settings you have saved for Cross EPG downloader.

have just got the same issue on my new duo2 box, is it to do with the satelitte feeds???

a simple re-boot usually solves this problem for me
