When the feeds are down, you won't be able to install the dependencies. Unless you can get the dependencies separately, an ipk is of no use to you.

With regards to TSmedia, just search the net. There is usually an update feature in his plugin.

it did work installing the ipk aswell as i found them on another helpful forum cheers
