Updating my Venton Uni box 1 plus

Hi,

Have a little time off atm and the box is in need of updating. The feeds are down so i cant automatically update on the box like I used to.. Think the box is currently on 7xx not sure which one, I have backed up this multiple times aswell. Can i just download the latest version from the site put on usb stick and it will still work?

Ive done a complete back up of my current build.. How do I set it up again? I tried plugging a USB stick in and it did not update

I would back up imprtant files to PC as well. Not just the whole image backup.
