It would be good to know which box you're using. Perhaps add details to your 'signature' ...similar to the one I have below.
If you go to the top of this page and click SETTINGS, then EDIT SIGNATURE.
In the meantime, welcome again to the forum. It's a barbed entrance ...lol and addictive.

Hi, currently only running a couple of sky boxes on a full subscription, but considering an addition to extend our viewing options. :-), it seems a bit of a minefield out there!

After i restored factory the
Receiver
I lost xbmc
I could not reinstall it again
The system asking spot ip
which i could not find
youtube on network app
Is not playing back weather
Is working
Any body help me please
