TM nano 2t remote keys issue

Hi
I just bought new TM nano 2t. Having issue with remote. Its numbers and alphabets keys are not responding. All the other
Keys are working. Its new 4D image. Any buddy plz if its any known issue which I can fix before going to T M support?

"Look" at the remote with camera on your phone. When you press the number buttons, can you see the led lights via the camera?

Yes, I can see the red light in the TM box when pressing number/alphabet keys. Infact number keys are working in one case i.e. when tried to record via entering duration but when adding bouquets, recording via ending time, adding timer or when I need to enter any thing for the text, it doesn't work at all. The other buttons of remote working fine.
