Strange one

Apolgies if this is in the wrong section,I've an 80cm motorised setup,Using Diseqc i can get 28.2,19.0,16.0,13.0,0.8w and 30w and a coupe of others using the sat positioner i try to get 23.5 but for some reason when i point the dish that way i get nothing,I've tried using usals in the past but had no luck,Any ideas why this particular sat seems so elusive?

An 80cm dish is big enough for 23.5°e in most of the UK although signal strength is lower than some other satellites. Could be a poorly aligned dish or an old LNB or poor cabling.
