Black screen after flashing new image

Newbie to all this, so can someone please help me ....Come to use I CLOUD BOX installed with Vix on Vu+Solo (Single lnb input) no channels are working, read forum and seen that servers have been update, installed via usb latest image, followed instruction and now all i have is a blank black screen....please can someone assist or send a link to the correct image required as not sure. This box was fully operational until a few days ago.

As judge says, we do not provide Images or any kind of support for these illegal, counterfeit receivers. please go back and ask the person you bought the receiver from for support as you will not get any here.
