VU+ Duo - oscam.config File Setup Guide

Does anyone know of any thread or guide of how to configure and set up of the oscam config file. Basically I want to move away from using ccam and use the more advanced oscam softcam, but I am a novice at this and need a basic guide how to configure and set up using my ccam info.
