View Full Version : [Mut@nt HD2400] Software update
Done the update this morning to 078 no problem
But on the sotfware update menu says " 1 updated package available "
I press 1 and it doesn't show any changes on OE or E2 logs
I press green to update it does something ( to quick to read ) then reboots
I go back to software update and still says " 1 updated package available "
Any ideas am I doing wrong and how can I do this update so I clear this message
Just checked mine, showing nothing to upgrade after 078.
Try a telnet update
init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6
would be good if I new how to use that
That's one of the reasons I choose this software cause you could update online :(
is there a guide how to do this and where to get that software from?

Have you a picon pack installed from the plugin feeds?
No, my picon are on a usb
No, my picon are on a usb
That doesn't really answer the question, did you download a picon pack from the plugin feeds to your USB stick or add them to your USB stick manually?
If you go to Menu -> Plugins -> red button to remove plugins, remove any picon packs previously installed, does it sort the issue after an E2 restart.
I done it manually to my usb
I did install it once then uninstall cause it didn't have all my picon
Then I downloaded of the net and put it on a usb

Thanks for that. Someone will have a look later. Its only for teh satellites.xml so no big deal.
What else have you installed on your receiver? Any satellite channel lists/settings?
I install tsmedia and xbmc but removed them to see if that was the problem
Also installed the red and blue skin

Any update on this guys?
Don't rely on a mate?
Flashing instructions available on http://openvix.co.uk
A fresh flash with you knowing what you add afterwards should help narrow down/fix the issue.

I have no idea what is wrong or what that package e2ch6 is. Sorry.
Might be an idea to create a settings backup. Flash Apollo 88 from scratch and restore your settings.
